Payment is prefered by direct payment to ANZ Invercargill A/c Marshwood Gardens Ltd 010963 0082037 00 or by a limit cheque (If you intend to pay by direct credit or by cheque please indicate this on the order form under 'Customer Comments') We request that if you use this method that payment be within SEVEN days of receiving your order.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD...PLEASE NOTE THAT AS FROM DEC. 1st 2009 A SURCHARGE OF 10% WILL APPLY TO THE USE OF ALL CREDIT CARDS.
Visa and Mastercard details can be placed in the section 'Customer Comments', or phoned to us at 03 2157672.
(NB the Credit Card facility on this web site WILL NOT accept your card details you are requested to put them in the section 'Customers Comments") Credit Card Payments. Many customers are reluctant to place their card details on any web site. Visa and Mastercard now require that ALL creditcard transactions with 'card holder NOT PRESENT' to be authorized by them, this makes the use of your card details useless to anyone else.
For those that still prefer to post their card details please note that if you print out your order to post, the bottom of it will show a place for you to put you card details (by hand after printing, this area is not alive). Please include your full card number (16 figures) and not the 3-digit ID as indicated.
Please note that payments by credit card are paid the day the order is taken to the Courier.
Cheques received with orders will be banked, sometimes, prior to the order being sent for security reasons.
We request if you are sending a cheque to send an open cheque, marke 'limited to ..$, to cover plants and freight.
PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS for payment PRIOR to ORDERING. MANY ARE ORDERING without giving their METHOD of PAYMENT as per our instructions. PLEASE READ THESE BEFORE ORDERING otherwise your order will NOT be sent. Customers who order and fail to give their payment method in the the 'customers comments box' will find their order declined after two weeks.
Marshwood Gardens take care to have all plants sold by them to be true to name and description, to the best of their knowledge, but any express or implied condition, statement or warranty, arising by statute or common law or otherwise, as to growth, description, quality or productiveness, is hereby excluded and Marshwood Gardens will not undertake to replace failures.
Marshwood Gardens shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration to the goods during delivery to the Purchaser.
In case of damage please first contact the courier then Marshwood Gardens as soon as possible.
If you are not happy with the plants you can return them , at your cost, for a refund of the plants price. Unfortunately we can not refund the price of freight.
